Wedding Day Management

For the couple who’ve planned their wedding themselves, this service provides piece of mind to know that a dedicated professional will be managing the day, taking care of the finishing touches and ensuring the wedding is a phenomenal success.

This includes;

• Initial complimentary meeting to establish the nature and extent of wedding day assistance required.
• One additional face to face meeting with your wedding planner
• Ongoing consultation, advice & support via telephone and email with your wedding planner
• Develop and distribute your complete wedding day schedule to all suppliers
• Co-ordination and attendance at your ceremony rehearsal
• On the day we will be there to make sure the bridal party arrive on time and prepare the bride & bridesmaids for the processional
• Receiving all deliveries, greet and supervise all vendors as they load in and set up.  Ensuring the set up and design of both the ceremony and reception areas are as you imagined.
• Ensuring proper placement of the guest’s assigned seating place cards, guest books, pens, photographs, candles, wedding favors, ceremony programs, and menus.
• Attendance at the commencement of your reception to meet all guests and supervise their seating
• Preparation of the wedding party for their formal entry to the reception and prompt MC to announce the wedding party
• Liaising with the MC, venue and speakers re speeches, cake cutting and first dance
• Collection of all your wedding gifts, guest book, pen, toasting glasses, cake top, etc
• Bring everything to your honeymoon suite, designated room, designated car, or to a nominated guest/family member.
• Most importantly be there on the day for you… & to assist you both with anything that you need & to ensure your wedding day is exactly how you imagined it to be.
