This is a complete & comprehensive package that encompasses all aspects of your wedding from sourcing a venue to devising a design concept and recommending reputable suppliers, to wedding day management. We’ll be with you every step of the way, taking care of every little detail and ensuring your entire event is a phenomenal success.
Includes:
- Initial complimentary meeting to discuss your dream wedding in detail and to establish the nature and extent of wedding assistance required.
- Four additional face to face consultations with your wedding planner
- Budget development and analysis along with a detailed timeline to keep you on track
- Ongoing consultation advice and support via telephone and email with your wedding planner
- Venue & ceremony recommendations, reviewing all contracts and management of pricing negotiation, confirmations and deposits.
- Supplier recommendations, reviewing all contracts and management of pricing negotiation, confirmations and deposits of the following – Florist, photography, cake, entertainment, transport, suite hire, invitations, hair & makeup, guest gifts.
- Event Design, Theme, Color and Décor Concept Development
- Establishment of a wedding day schedule and distribution to all venues and suppliers
- Coordinate and attend ceremony rehearsal
- Most importantly be there on the wedding day for you… and to assist you both with anything that you need and to ensure you wedding day is exactly how you imagined it to be
- Included in this package is the full wedding day management service - ten hours of attendance on your wedding day to support you and your needs, supervise all aspects of your day, set up, suppliers, and order of service. This also includes any follow up required with suppliers post wedding
